Citizens Bank had been doing business in a small town for so long, many of their best customers were passing on. To attract a younger demographic, Knox created TV and ads focused on how the time-pressed, tech-savvy “me” generation prefers to bank. We playfully tied these high-tech methods to the personal service the bank is known for, projecting a 21st century banking partner that’s friendly, current and accessible.
